For over 50 years, CareLink Community Support Services has been dedicated to helping people with disabilities to live in the community with dignity and independence. Our rehabilitation services and professional staff provide the supports that people with serious mental illness, physical disabilities and other developmental challenges need to be active, productive members of their communities.

The Partial Therapist position is responsible for planning and conducting group and individual therapy and art therapy groups on a daily basis, maintaining an individual caseload, and completing timely documentation of services.  A professional demeanor is required when utilizing experience and knowledgeable expertise to work with this adult population of individuals with specialized mental health concerns, and intellectual disabilities.

This position is responsible for supporting community integration. The goal of this position is to promote the pursuit of independence for all individuals participating in service. The essential functions are established based upon the agency mission, values, and goals.

Available Shift:

• 1st Shift: (40 Hours) Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Qualifications:

• Minimum of Master's Degree from an accredited institution in human services field required with 2 years job related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic sex offender behavior preferred.
• Motivation, interest and ability to work empathetically with people who have a mental illness and a history of sexually deviate behavior required.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments and work independently required.
• Ability to make sound judgments regarding the health and welfare of clients required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willingness to drive agency vehicle required.
